 A history of being a bit of a bogey ground in recent seasons gone by, United were looking to maintain their push for the title and retain top spot off Liverpool who had beaten Pompey the day before when they visited Upton Park. In the end a superb solo effort by Giggs deservedly won the game and put United back on top but who was your man of the match?

Ryan Giggs is truly rolling back the years at the moment and after recently signing a new contract which will keep him at the club until he's 37 he has been recieving plaudits from all corners.
With United struggling for goals in the Premiership it seems and the West Ham game proving no different, Giggs conjured up a piece of magic. Beating two defenders before firing a right footed shot past the hapless Green into the corner. In the end it turned out to be the crucial winner and could yet be a decisive moment in the title race.
